(A) Tamil Nadu Land Reforms (Fixation of Ceiling on Land) Act (LVIII of 1961), section 15 — Revision of opinion as to whether a particular land is exempt or not on extent of land coming under exemption — Is not bonafide mistake or clerical error.

(B) Tamil Nadu Land Reforms (Fixation of Ceiling on Land) Act (LVIII), section 73 (vii) and (viii), Proviso — Exemption granted under Section no longer available — Fresh proceedings should be initiated — Such exercise of power will not amount to review of an earlier order.
