Madras Cultivating Tenants Protection Act (XXV of 1955), sections 6 and 6-A — Subsequent lessee’s suit against prior tenant for injunction in civil Court — Question of surrender of possession by the prior tenant — Revenue Court alone competent to decide — Civil Court has no jurisdiction — Section 4 — Right to restoration of possession — Application by prior tenant — Subsequent tenant proper and necessary party — Order made in his absence is infrucluous and not binding on subsequent tenant.
