Tamil Nadu Electricity Board Service Regulations — Resolution 19(g) and 17(v) (gg)(i) — Tamil Nadu Electricity Board liberalised pension regulations — Regulation 9 — Proceedings of the Electricity Board challenged in writ petitions — Impugned proceedings based on the corresponding Government orders — Whether the import of changes brought out by the Government orders be made applicable by virtue of Regulation 9 of the TNEB liberalised pension regulations, without anything more — Service regulations do not provide for payment of pensionor any other benefit — Import of the amendments brought out in the Government orders become part of regulations governing the payment of pension — Government orders upheld.
