Penal Code (XLV of 1860), section 411 and Evidence Act (I of 1872), section 114, Illustration (a) — Bulls found to be not stolen — Person in possession of such bulls not able to account for his possession of them — If can be presumed to have received them knowing them to be stolen property and convicted of an offence under section 411, Indian Penal Code.
