Criminal Procedure Code (II of 1974), Sec.482 — Quashment of criminal complaint — Allegation of theft of documents, forging of records and criminal intimidation — No forgery of documents referred to in complainant — No allegation that by using such forged document the accused has acquired gains — Complainant having upset over the termination of his office as Managing Director chose to complain just to harass the accused — Whole process of criminal law misused to give criminal colour to civil dispute — Liable to be quashed.
