Prevention of Food Adulteration Act (XXXVII of 1954) ,section 20 — A and rule 22-A of the Rules under the Act — Complaint filed in Metropolitan Magistrate’s Court at Hyderabad against the manufacturer of Vanaspati at Madras — Complaint not filed against local vendor — Magistrate at Hyderabad has no jurisdiction to entertain complaint — Food Inspector can purchase the required quantity from vendor for analysis from a sealed container.
