Hindu Marriage Act (XXV of 1955), Sec.l2(l)(c) — Nullity of marriage on ground that it was induced by fraud — “Concealment of material fact” — Concealment, held, must be of such a nature which affects ordinary marital life of parties — Eye defect, curable by proper treatment — Concealment of, he held,is no fraud — Annulment of marriage on that ground, cannot be granted.
