Motor accident — Three doctors working — Travelling in a tempo traveller mini van — To render service in an eye camp — The vehicle was driven by the driver in a rash and negligent manner — Dashed against a tree and accident occurred — One doctor died and two others sustained injuries — Claim petition filed for compensation by the legal heirs of the deceased doctor and by the other two doctors — Compensation awarded by the tribunal — Insured carried more persons tahn authorised by the policy — Appeal by the claimants for enhanced compensation — All the three appeals allowed — Compensation enhanced — Insurance company is made liable to compensate the claimants.
